1. These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and BIGBANG.MA, the company behind InvoiceStamp, for your use of this free invoice generator (the “Site”). By using the Site you accept them. The InvoiceStamp app has its own terms.

2. Your invoices

You may use the documents you make on the Site for any lawful purpose, including billing your clients. You are responsible for what they say, and for making sure they meet the invoicing and tax rules that apply to you. Each PDF the Site makes carries a small “Made by InvoiceStamp” mark.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to make false or misleading documents, for fraud or for anything illegal. Don't call the Site or its PDF service in bulk through scripts or bots, or try to disrupt them.

4. Our content

The Site, its templates, designs, code and the InvoiceStamp name and logo belong to BIGBANG.MA or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You get no rights to them beyond using the Site as offered.

5. No warranty

The Site is free and provided as is and as available. We work to keep the calculations correct and the Site running, but we don't guarantee that it is error-free or always available. Check each document before you send it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site.

7. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and the Commercial Court of Marrakech (Tribunal de Commerce de Marrakech) has jurisdiction over them. Before going to court, contact us at [email protected] and allow 30 days to settle the dispute in good faith. Where a mandatory rule of the law that applies to you can't be set aside, these terms apply as far as that rule allows.
